WASHINGTON – The American Action Network is releasing a $200,000 issue advocacy mail campaign reaching seniors in three congressional districts to detail how Obamacare is hurting them.

Seniors in the districts of Congressman Nick Rahall (WV-3), Congresswoman Ann Kirkpatrick (AZ-1) and Congresswoman Carol Shea-Porter (NH-1) will receive multiple rounds of mail educating area seniors on how Obamacare is leading to higher costs, fewer jobs, and reduced access to care. Seniors in each district will receive at least six unique mail pieces.

“Seniors deserve to know what they and their loved ones are losing thanks to Obamacare,” said Brian O. Walsh, President of American Action Network. “Higher prices, fewer choices, and less employment is the new health care nightmare Americans are waking up to. Seniors should call Congress and tell them it was wrong to pass this disastrous law.”

The American Action Network is a 501(c)(4) ‘action tank’ that creates, encourages and promotes center-right policies based on the principles of freedom, limited government, American exceptionalism, and strong national security. The American Action Network’s primary goal is to put our center-right ideas into action by engaging the hearts and minds of the American people and spurring them into action to advance our center-right policy agenda. The Network is chaired by former Senator Norm Coleman (MN) and its board includes Fred Malek, former Congressman Tom Reynolds (NY), and former Congressman Vin Weber (MN).
