AAN launches $10M Tax Day campaign contrasting GOP tax cuts vs. Democrat hikes

(WASHINGTON) — Republicans delivered the largest tax cut in American history, and today, American Action Network is launching a $10 million campaign showing exactly how that’s putting money back in people’s pockets ahead of Tax Day.

While House Republicans secured historic tax cuts, expanded the child tax credit and created child savings accounts for families, every Democrat voted ‘no.’ Rather than supporting these benefits, Democrats backed the largest tax hike in American history.

The national ad campaign includes broadcast, digital advertising and streaming across 37 districts and will run through April 15.

As Tax Day approaches, we are reminding Americans that every single Democrat voted to raise their taxes,” said AAN President Chris Winkelman. “Republicans secured the largest tax cut in history and stood up for working families—a win that will be reflected in tax returns nationwide. American Action Network will continue to showcase the conservative policies that lower costs for the hardworking men and women across this country.”
