Small businesses are struggling to get back on their feet. Trillions in reckless spending has set off record inflation. Price increases are eating away rapidly at families’ paychecks. And the left’s answer?

“The largest tax and spending increase in half a century.”

The numbers are staggering. Per POLITICO today, the changes proposed include $1 trillion in new taxes on individuals, nearly $1 trillion in new taxes on small business and a myriad of other charges, surcharges, and money grabs that take the total proposal to a staggering $2.9 trillion.

“With businesses still fighting to get back on their feet and families feeling the sting of record inflation, the last thing Americans need are economy crushing tax hikes and another multi-trillion spending spree,” said AAN Communications Director Calvin Moore. “These massive tax-and-spending increases will devastate small business, hurt working families and do serious damage to our already sluggish economic recovery.”
