American Action Network Launches Cyber Monday Online Advertising Campaign

Display Ads Warn Shoppers in Six Districts On Congressional Liberals’ Obamacare Sell-and-Run

WASHINGTON – The American Action Network is launching an online advertising campaign targeting Cyber Monday shoppers in six congressional districts. The holiday-themed candidate advocacy display ads will educate shoppers on congressional liberals’ support for Obamacare, despite their attempts to distance themselves from the disastrous health care law.

The advertising campaign will reach shoppers in the districts of Congressman Scott Peters (CA-52), Congressman Brad Schneider (IL-12), Congresswoman Carol Shea-Porter (NH-1), Congressman Patrick Murphy (FL-18), Congressman John Barrow (GA-12), and Democratic candidate Erin Bilbray (NV-3). Each advertisement links to a web page featuring recorded statements, news clips and/or voting records of the targeted Member of Congress or candidate.

“Americans know a bad deal when they see one,” said American Action Network Communications Director Dan Conston. “Obamacare champions are running for cover after selling Americans a bag full of broken promises, but Americans aren’t foolish enough to buy their dishonest spin.”

The American Action Network is a 501(c)(4) ‘action tank’ that creates, encourages and promotes center-right policies based on the principles of freedom, limited government, American exceptionalism, and strong national security. The American Action Network’s primary goal is to put our center-right ideas into action by engaging the hearts and minds of the American people and spurring them into action to advance our center-right policy agenda. The Network is chaired by former Senator Norm Coleman (MN) and its board includes Fred Malek, former Congressman Tom Reynolds (NY), and former Congressman Vin Weber (MN).
