AAN Slams “Moderates” For Folding To Pelosi On $3.5 Trillion Socialist Spending Plan
American Action Network released the following statement slamming the 10 “moderate” Members of the House of Representatives for folding to Pelosi, betraying their promises to their constituents, and voting to advance Pelosi’s $3.5 trillion socialist wish list.
AAN has been up in 39 districts with a $5 million issue advocacy and advertising campaign to stop the proposal (watch an example ad below and for more details, click here).
“Every one of these so-called moderates is going to have to explain to their constituents how they promised to do one thing, then folded to Pelosi less than 24 hours later,” said AAN President Dan Conston. “This bill will raise taxes, set off inflation and make life less affordable for working Americans, all to fund Nancy Pelosi’s far-left political agenda. If any of these Members care about their integrity, they will make clear now that they will vote against Pelosi’s boondoggle when it returns to the House for a full vote.”
AAN sent similar releases in the districts of the “moderates” who voted for the plan (see releases here).
