AAN Releases NJ-03 Primary Poll Finding MacArthur Expanding Lead

WASHINGTON – The American Action Network (@AAN) today released a polling memo from their recent surveys of New Jersey’s 3rd Congressional District primary between Tom MacArthur and Steve Lonegan. In advance of the June 3rd primary election, The Tarrance Group conducted two surveys for American Action Network of likely Republican primary voters, first on April 28-30, 2014, and again on May 18-20, 2014.

Among the key findings of the surveys:

MacArthur Has Expanded His Lead to +13 & Is Ahead With Key Demographics
Lonegan’s Image Ratings Have Eroded By A Net -16 Points Since The April Survey
The Campaign Information Flow Has Been Both Pro-MacArthur & Anti-Lonegan
